Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce Revenue Cloud requests across Direct, Channel, Educational, and Compliance Sales teams while building scalable reports and dashboards aligned to Mastercam pipeline and forecast tracking standards. Troubleshoot data integrity issues across opportunities, accounts, and quoting workflows, partnering with Digital Systems to reduce the sales department's reliance on IT. Develop and maintain Salesforce and Power BI dashboards supporting pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and executive KPI reporting, delivering actionable insights on bookings, pipeline health, and performance trends. Translate business requirements from Sales Ops and Commercial leadership into clear technical specifications for Digital Systems, triage complex system requests, and implement automation to improve quoting and order flow processes. Enable sales users in Salesforce and develop standardized SOPs to support self-service reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Business Systems, Reporting, or related experience
- Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience
- Power BI dashboard development and data visualization experience
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system enhancements
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, workflow automation, documentation, or business process efficiency
- Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst
- Experience with Power BI data modeling and DAX
- Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to support business analysis, reporting, process improvement, or documentation
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Experience supporting global sales organizations
