Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst responsible for enhancing company sales processes, improving sales production through data analysis, and systems development. Collaborate with sales leaders to execute initiatives, train employees on systems usage, and ensure adherence to procedures. Key tasks include developing reports based on performance metrics, monitoring employee activity, recommending policy updates, and staying updated on industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as an analyst or sales enablement specialist
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales or customer facing experience
- Strong business acumen
- Proven analytical skills
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day
