Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst at Quantifind will own the reporting infrastructure and operational systems for the enterprise sales organization, translating complex data into leadership-ready narratives and partnering with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure accurate, transparent, and efficient revenue operations. The role focuses on building complex, trustworthy reports from scratch in Salesforce, managing GTM tools and data quality, and delivering board-ready metrics (ARR, NRR, pipeline, forecast) while supporting quota modeling, territory planning, deal desk, and renewal tracking. The candidate should have 3–5 years in Sales/Revenue Operations, strong Excel/Sheets proficiency, and Salesforce expertise, with preferred certifications and SaaS/financial-services experience. The position emphasizes data accuracy, end-to-end reporting, and collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Marketing, reporting to the VP of Sales, Financial Crimes; full-time, remote opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related analytical role
- Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that last 6 to 18+ months
- Ability to build reports and dashboards independently, with deep expertise in Salesforce, understand object relationships, and troubleshoot data issues without relying on an Admin
- Proven experience producing board-level or executive-facing reports and metrics packages
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling)
- Meticulous attention to data accuracy
- Familiarity with quota modeling and territory planning
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator), preferred
- Experience in SaaS companies selling to banks, financial institutions, or regulated enterprise clients, preferred
- Background in financial services, fintech, compliance, or risk intelligence verticals, preferred
