Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Leadership to ensure data, processes, and reporting are clean, reliable, and impactful. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality data in HubSpot, creating and maintaining dashboards and pipeline views for Sales/Marketing/Finance, auditing and improving the lead-to-deal process, supporting process improvement and automation, and occasionally assisting Marketing HubSpot activities. Requires strong Excel skills, HubSpot experience, attention to data quality, ability to communicate data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and an interest in B2B/tech/financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills (essential)
- Experience with HubSpot dashboards, reporting and workflows
- Eye for data quality, structure, and governance
- Ability to explain data and processes to non-technical stakeholders
