Job Summary
Join LeadingResponse as a Sales Operations Analyst to enhance sales processes and improve production through data analysis and systems development. Collaborate with sales leaders to execute initiatives, measure rep performance, and assist in training. Responsibilities include developing data insights, monitoring employee activity, creating reports, and ensuring effective use of sales enablement systems. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in analysis or sales enablement, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven analytical abilities, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as an analyst or sales enablement specialist
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales or customer facing experience
- Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven analytical skills
- General technology, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and email proficiency
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a remote environment and travel to office or Company events when needed
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day
