Job Summary
Sales Operations Specialist supports the Sales organization with the operational and administrative backbone, including data accuracy in back-office systems, creation/validation of customer quotations, processing availability and pricing requests, cross-team communication to meet deadlines, responding to sales queries, preparing reports and data analysis, and supporting end-to-end quoting and ordering as well as pre- and post-sales activities for large Internet and SD-WAN opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields
- Strong interest in working in an international and technology-driven environment
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; macros are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Advanced English (required for global interaction)
