Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst to partner with APAC Sales Leadership and Global Commercial Ops, driving adoption of analytics, CRM enhancements, and territory design processes to support APAC sales strategy and performance. Responsibilities include system training and enablement for sales users, data integrity for commercial analytics, preparing advanced analyses to identify trends, coordinating account/territory planning, ensuring CRM is the single source of truth, and driving adoption of enablement tools. Requires bilingual Japanese and English communication, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience with CRM tooling; SAP/Salesforce familiarity is a plus. Role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and minimal travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication in Japanese
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
