Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst responsible for maintaining and analyzing the sales pipeline through Netsuite and CRM/ERP systems, producing reports, dashboards and presentations to illustrate sales performance, forecasting, and KPIs. Collaborates with IT and Finance, manages data quality (CRM hygiene), prepares slide decks, and supports administrative tasks while enabling the sales team with accessible documentation and organized digital files. Requires strong Excel skills, experience with CRM/ERP tools, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-growing solar-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems, Netsuite is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis and/or financial analysis
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in putting together compelling slide decks
- Adaptable and eager to learn; self-starter who is willing to wear multiple hats to accomplish goals and can work independently w/o supervision once trained
- Team-oriented
- Someone who thinks outside the box and brings new ideas
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
