Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Build and maintain scalable datasets to support sales reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making. Deliver strategic, data-driven insights to executive and sales leadership teams focusing on business trends, sales performance, and financial analysis. Partner with sales leadership to track actual sales versus quota versus forecast and assist with quarterly planning. Communicate with the sales team to drive awareness around customer activity, verify account alignments, and identify sales opportunities. Prepare routine and ad hoc commercial reporting consistently with a high level of accuracy. Support the calculation and payment of sales team variable compensation and provide field support for commission, guarantee, and over-quota inquiries. Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, and internal organizational policies. Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours, with flexibility to work outside normal business hours during weekdays or weekends when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, from an accredited college or university
- At least 2 year(s) of experience in business analytics or related field
- Associate's degree (or 60 credit hours) may be substituted to meet up to 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree may be substituted to meet up to 4 years of experience
- Master's degree may be substituted to meet up to 6 years of experience
- Clearance of favorable background investigation
Desired Qualifications
- Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
