Job Summary
Own the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of opportunity data in Salesforce.com, ensuring proper staging, forecasting, and updates for sales pace calls. Develop CRM dashboards to track follow-up activities and partner with sales reps to design structured post-sale processes. Use market intelligence tools like IIR and Hoovers to identify target companies, research accounts, and qualify new opportunities before handing them off to the sales team. Prepare weekly and monthly pace call materials, analyze pipeline trends, and highlight risks or gaps for leadership. Work cross-functionally to standardize qualification frameworks and improve follow-up efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, business analysis, or a related role
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com (opportunity management, reporting, dashboards)
- Experience using market intelligence tools such as IIR, Hoovers, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- High attention to detail and strong data discipline
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales leadership and frontline sales teams
- Salesforce reporting and data management

- Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage recurring deadlines (e.g., pace calls)

- Ability to wear PPE on the shop floor
- Frequent use of hands for typing and document handling
