Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst responsible for managing tactical demand signals and executing forecast uploads into planning systems (Blue Yonder / SAP IBP), supporting NPI and EOL planning, and partnering with Sales, Supply Planning, and Category managers to drive end-to-end execution. Key activities include managing customer and sales demand signals, using SAP for stock allocation, coordinating with operations and field sales to translate signals into executable demand plans, supporting NPI and EOL transitions, submitting escalation files for unfulfilled demand, preparing and reviewing reports, and contributing to quarterly and monthly planning cycles. Required skills include data analysis, Excel proficiency, ERP systems knowledge, demand management, supply allocation, and end-to-end order management; the role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams, customer communication, and revenue forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- Years of Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Proficient in ERP systems
- Understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes
- Hands on with Demand & Supply Planning and Order Management
- Ability to analyze data to bring meaningful insights
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve order issues
- Domain skills: Demand management, Supply allocation, End to End Order Management
