Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, present vehicle features and financing options, and nurture internet leads and phone inquiries through scheduled appointments. Assist sales advisors with test drives and vehicle presentations, while processing paperwork for down payments, titles, and loan documents. Maintain showroom organization, support daily dealership operations, and utilize internal technical systems to ensure a seamless customer journey. Collaborate with sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 – 3 years related work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Ability to progress through a multi-phase, learning certification of Level 1 and 2
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a background check
