Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, present vehicle features and financing basics, and nurture internet leads and phone inquiries through scheduled appointments and consistent communication. Assist sales advisors during the purchasing process, process paperwork including down payments and titles, and support daily dealership operations by maintaining inventory and operational flow. Utilize internal technical systems to ensure a seamless customer journey while collaborating with sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 – 3 years related work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Ability to progress through a multi-phase, learning certification of Level 1 and 2
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a background check
