Job Summary
Sales & Operations Advisor focuses on delivering effective customer interactions by understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options, while also supporting dealership operations through opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include building customer partnerships, managing the full sales cycle to convert visits into sales, mastering dealership processes, and delivering a world-class customer experience, while training and developing new hires through a multi-phase progression (Levels 0–4).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
