Job Summary
Sales & Operations Advisor at DriveTime Family of Brands focuses on delivering a world-class customer experience by guiding customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and dealership processes, while supporting store operations through opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, nurturing prospects, converting visits into sales, developing product knowledge of inventory and financing options, negotiating terms, and collaborating with team members to maintain a high-quality customer experience. Opportunities for growth include progression through multi-phase levels 0–4, onboarding and training new hires, and ongoing development within dealership operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
