Job Summary
Build strong partnerships with customers by guiding them through the DriveTime Nurture and Sales processes, managing the full sales cycle to secure appointments and convert visits into completed sales. Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks while maintaining compliance. Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, website, and financing options to deliver a tailored customer experience and serve as a training partner for new hires. Progress through a multi-phase learn-and-earn role assuming increasing responsibility for sales, operations, and dealership leadership as certification is achieved.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Ability to exchange accurate information with internal and external customers
- Ability to move objects up to 20 pounds
