Sales & Operations Advisor

Conduct effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options to secure purchases or guide next steps. Manage the full sales cycle by completing calls to secure appointments and converting visits into sales while performing operational tasks including store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and audits. Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, OET experience, and financing processes, serving as a training partner for new hires and supporting team members in a positive environment. Progress through a multi-phase learn-and-earn role assuming increasing responsibility as certification is achieved.
