Job Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist I is responsible for providing overall day-to-day support to ensure effective data management of all sales proposals and opportunities. This role involves managing customer portals, sales revenue, and forecasts, as well as supporting the sales team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare accurate reporting, monitor customer complaints and orders, and facilitate product release reviews. Success in this role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, creativity in problem-solving, and effective communication abilities.
