Job Summary
Lead and manage sales process improvement initiatives for InsureOne’s operations, owning and maintaining SOPs for lead intake, phone routing, and workflow management; collaborate with Sales Leadership, IT, BI&A, Training, and Carrier Management to identify and implement enhancements that improve customer and employee experience; design, implement, and continually improve sales management tools to strengthen engagement, retention, and brand loyalty; conduct operational audits across retail locations in the United States and Mexico, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions for efficiency, compliance, and performance; monitor BPO performance and serve as the operational liaison to ensure alignment with objectives; requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years PM, 3+ years insurance, and 2+ years retail sales/servicing experience, plus strong MS Office, CRM (AMS360, Bolt), and communication skills; travel up to 25% and hybrid work arrangement in CT, NY, or TX.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of Insurance industry experience
- 2+ years of retail sales and servicing
- Travel up to 25%
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, CRM, AMS360, Bolt (or other similar rater)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
