Job Summary
Sales Operations role at Applied Materials focusing on building and maintaining sales and business reports, dashboards, and KPI views. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports (sales booking/revenue, commits, targets, overrides, disconnects), implementing new reports within the established framework, training end users, supporting audits, defining and maintaining sales processes and tools (CRM, forecast), contributing to regional product/service metrics, and aiding in book/bill commit and forecast while extracting data from various information systems for analysis and decision-making. Requires ability to analyze straightforward problems, communicate complex information clearly to others, and support financial targets and business continuity within Sales operations.
