Job Summary
Build and maintain commercial analytics dashboards tracking daily parcel volume trends, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, and revenue growth across major e-commerce accounts. Conduct market research and competitive intelligence on U.S. last-mile delivery competitors to develop battlecards and sales enablement tools for BD teams. Partner with Commercial Strategy to review rate cards, custom tariff quotes, and margin thresholds while ensuring deals comply with package size and weight limits. Oversee CRM pipeline hygiene, lead attribution, deal stage tracking, and sales commission calculations. Optimize sales workflows and customer onboarding SOPs for Strategic Key Accounts. Monitor operational KPIs including ASCAN rate and SLA on-time rate in collaboration with Hub Operations. Align pre-sale capacity commitments with regional hub throughput to ensure seamless execution during peak seasons. This role serves as the core bridge between Sales/BD, Commercial Strategy, and regional sorting hubs (LAX, EWR, DFW, ORD, MIA, ATL, IAH) to support SwiftX's rapid commercial growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Commercial Strategy within Logistics, Last-Mile Express, Freight Forwarding, or E-Commerce Supply Chain
- Based in California
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (complex modeling, pivot tables)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Proficiency in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong understanding of U.S. domestic parcel shipping
- Strong understanding of zone pricing structures
- Strong understanding of DIM weight factors
- Strong understanding of cross-border e-commerce platforms (Temu, TikTok Shop, SHEIN)
- Professional fluency in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
