Job Summary
Consult sales to Rakuten Ichiba merchant clients as an EC consultant and interview advertisers regarding their challenges to provide consulting sales based on insights. Propose new affiliations with Rakuten Travel, plan and execute marketing strategies for brand value improvement, and propose upsells and cross-sells to build long-term relationships. Conduct new client acquisition within the assigned domain while planning integrated marketing solutions that combine Rakuten Group's assets such as data and media. Strengthen collaboration with advertising agencies and plan sales promotion measures. This open position recruits sales professionals for the Commerce & Marketing Company or Ad & Media Company, with placement determined after document screening and first interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of corporate sales experience
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- University degree or higher
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)
- University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in solution sales for intangible products/services
- Sales experience in IT services or advertising products
- Knowledge and experience in EC, advertising, and digital marketing
- Experience in analysis and proposal based on data and figures
- Experience in project management
- Experience in launching sales organizations for new businesses or new services
- Strong desire to achieve high goals, coupled with leadership, proposal skills, drive, and coordination skills to realize them
- Experience in team management
