Job Summary
The Sales Onboarding & Enablement Manager at Netradyne will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive onboarding experience for new sales hires, leading Bootcamp sessions, and developing a structured certification program to track proficiency. This role requires expertise in sales enablement, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to conduct data analysis for ongoing performance improvement. You will also maintain training content, develop continuous learning paths, and drive tool adoption among sales representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing Sales role.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead engaging 'Bootcamp' style sessions.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to prove the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ability to partner with Sales leadership in driving onboarding and ramp.
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Proficiency with modern enablement tech (LMS, AI coaching platforms, CRM)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
