Sales Officer

Conduct full sales cycles including quotation preparation, requirement confirmation, invoice generation, and payment collection while adhering to financial procedures. Maintain customer status data, manage prospective customer databases for telemarketing, and execute school canvassing with campus tours. Coordinate with distribution channels, arrange facility viewings, and recruit/allocate education counselors to monitor performance. Compile sales income reports, file required documents, and provide periodic progress updates to supervisors. Assist with market research and suggest process improvements for sales and promotion activities.
