Job Summary
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned area while identifying new business opportunities with potential customers, retailers, distributors, and stakeholders. Guide the sales team to meet targets by conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and resolving customer complaints professionally. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and trends for management. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, at least one year of sales experience, and strong leadership skills. Candidates must be under 31 years old, proficient in Microsoft Office, and willing to travel within the designated area.
