Job Summary
Conduct physical discussions with customers to sell secured business loans and obtain orders from existing or potential sales outlets. Plan and organize daily work schedules to call on trade factors, analyzing existing and potential dealer volumes to focus sales efforts. Understand property valuation, legal, and technical norms while serving customers by meeting their specific needs. Submit activity and results reports including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses to keep management informed. Minimum one year experience in secured business loans required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience minimum 1 year in Secured Business Loan
- Should be responsible for Physical Discussion with Customer( PD)
- Should be able to understand the property valuation and legal and technical norms
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate/ Graduate in any discipline
