Job Summary
Approach and engage potential customers in markets and business areas to identify and onboard clients for loan products. Educate customers on available loan offerings and benefits, then assist them with completing loan applications and the onboarding process. Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets while working directly in the field across shops and business zones. Candidates must be comfortable operating in markets and reside in Kwara, Enugu, Warri, Benin, Ondo, Osun, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Imo, or Rivers. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working in the field (markets, shops, business areas)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must either reside in Kwara, Enugu, Warri, Benin, Ondo, Osun, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Imo or Rivers
