Job Summary
Coke Florida is seeking a Sales Merchandising Supervisor based in Orlando to supervise a team of Sales Merchandisers and Merchandisers, oversee timely orders and merchandising standards within a geographic area, lead huddle calls, visit outlets to ensure standards, monitor market execution, track incentives and productivity, conduct surveys, resolve ordering/delivery issues, manage device administration, and train/develop staff. Responsibilities also include recruiting and onboarding new associates, scheduling, labor planning, budgeting, developing weekly merchandising plans, and ensuring safety and policy adherence. Requires strong planning, organization, and computer skills, plus a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Associate Degree/1-2 Yr. College or Univ. Degree could be beneficial
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to use and understand mobile applications
- Ability to work variable schedule, weekends and holidays
- Must have and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance
- Must have driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years
