Sales Merchandising Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time staff, visit outlets for adherence to merchandising standards, and monitor market execution per ad calendar. Track volume for incentives, conduct account execution surveys, and close customer service tickets related to merchandising and replenishment. Manage order transmissions, dispatch issues, and unscheduled deliveries while acting as the main point of contact for ordering and delivery concerns. Communicate with store managers and sales leadership, monitor returns and breakage, and provide field training support. Develop weekly merchandising plans, schedule work hours, and plan labor and OPEX budgets. Maintain staffing levels through recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates. Ensure associates complete daily activities on time and comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to use and understand mobile applications
- Ability to work variable schedule, weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product. Certification as required
- Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by company
- Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*
- Associate Degree/1-2 Yr. College - Univ. Degree
- 1+ years previous sales/merchandising experience preferred
- 1+ year supervising a small team preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Proficient computer application skills
