Job Summary
Sales Merchandiser position on Pepsi MidAmerica team focusing on stocking shelves, restocking displays, rotating inventory, and maintaining attractive store setups. Responsibilities include restocking, refreshing displays, maintaining clean backrooms, building relationships with store staff, and participating in training as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance, be able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly, pass a background check and drug screen, and be available for consistent day shifts with weekend availability. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour with benefits including 401(k), health insurance/HSA options, mileage reimbursement, and local in-person application opportunities in Chester, Mt Vernon, Du Quoin, and Sparta, IL.
