Job Summary
Merchandise products on designated routes to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure beverage sections, racks, and displays are fully stocked per company standards. Safely transport product between backroom and display floor while operating manual and powered handling equipment like pallet jacks. Monitor competitor sales and marketing activities, replace Point of Sale advertising, and track mileage in accordance with regulations. Foster relationships with account personnel and perform required vehicle checks to maintain a safe working environment. Work some weekends and holidays, with approximately 10% travel to other locations for training or seminars.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Motor vehicle driving history that meets CCBCHC guidelines
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds
- Ability to reach above head height
- Ability to stand

- Ability to bend
- Ability to reach
- Willingness to travel to other company locations approximately 10%
- Willingness to attend out-of-town training and/or seminars

- Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck
- Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of general work experience preferred
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
- Customer service experience preferred
