Job Summary
Merchandise products on designated routes to maintain product availability and stock all beverage sections, racks, and displays according to company standards. Safely transport product between backroom and display floor while operating manual and powered handling equipment like pallet jacks. Arrive on-time at customer locations to perform duties, monitor competitor activities, and replace Point of Sale advertising. Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all serviced accounts. Maintain clean back-rooms, organize stock, and track mileage in accordance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Motor vehicle driving history that meets CCBCHC guidelines
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds
- Ability to reach above head height
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to bend
- Ability to reach
- Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 10%
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Must be available to work some holidays

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of general work experience
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck
- Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Adaptability – Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
