Job Summary
Acquire new members by greeting visitors during their first free visit, introducing the Next.Move concept, and closing memberships on or immediately after their initial entry. Manage leads via email and phone to address objections, utilize CRM for performance tracking, and guide prospects toward the right membership fit. Support new members through onboarding emails, weekly check-ins, and post-expiration contact to foster long-term retention. Collect feedback via surveys to continuously improve the member experience. Required Qualifications
