Sales & Member Experience Associate - Lee's Summit

As a Part-Time Sales Associate at BODYBAR Lee's Summit, you will be one of the first faces of BODYBAR, welcome members and guests, and help create an elevated, welcoming experience. You will build authentic relationships with prospective and current members, guide the membership process with confidence and care, follow up with leads via phone, text, and email, assist with class bookings and studio needs, maintain accurate records in studio systems, support events and local partnerships, keep the studio organized and polished, celebrate member milestones, and serve as a brand ambassador for BODYBAR both inside and outside the studio. Ideal candidates will show genuine enthusiasm for helping others, exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, strong organization and communication abilities, and a passion for health, wellness, and community engagement. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, sales, fitness, or related fields is preferred.
