Job Summary
Conduct customer-facing sales in the Cook & Eat Market Hall at IKEA Delft, advising shoppers on home solutions and exceeding expectations with a friendly, proactive approach. Manage a 24-hour weekly schedule across daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, with one fixed day off between Monday and Friday and four weeks' notice for rostering. Work in a busy retail environment using IKEA sales systems to process orders while maintaining open communication in Dutch and functional English. Join a team of nearly 1,000 employees dedicated to inspiring customers with affordable living solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 24 uur per week werken
- overdag, in de avonden en ook tijdens weekenden beschikbaar zijn
- 1 vaste dag opgeven tussen maandag en vrijdag waarop nooit ingepland kan worden
- klantgericht zijn met een open en vriendelijke uitstraling
