Job Summary
As the Sales Master Methodologist, you will elevate the sales capabilities of our commercial population by designing and implementing flash sales negotiation methodologies and sales excellence programs. Key responsibilities include defining methodologies for high-impact pitching and strategic partnerships, developing tailored training programs, creating practical tools and best-practice guides, and delivering specialized sales training for managers. The role requires 10+ years of sales experience, proven negotiation expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales
- Strong focus on advanced B2B/e-commerce experience
- Deep, proven expertise in various negotiation methodologies
- Successful track record of project and change management
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Business acumen & strategic thinking
- Strategic AI Implementation
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in French, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus
- Management skills
