Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Team Leader for iGaming in Vietnam leading the Sales & Marketing team to drive growth in Sportsbook and Lottery products. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing, promotion, and user acquisition strategies; monitoring team performance to achieve KPIs; recruiting, training, and motivating team members; identifying new market opportunities and growth channels; building relationships with agents, affiliates, and key customers; analyzing market trends and competitor activities; collaborating with Operations, Customer Service, and Product teams; and preparing regular reports with recommendations to improve team productivity and market performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of team management experience
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is required
- Experience in Sportsbook or Lottery products is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of online marketing, user acquisition, and customer retention strategies
- Familiarity with the Vietnam market and local user behaviour is an advantage
- Native Vietnamese speaker preferred
- Candidates with Chinese or English communication skills will be given priority
- Must travel for work when required
