Sales & Marketing Representative

Job Summary
Generate revenue by growing the customer database and increasing market share through new client relationships and existing business line development. Analyze customer issues to recommend solutions, prepare sales presentations, and maintain records of sales trends while updating the weekly sales pipeline. Administer quotation requests via web, email, and walk-in channels, support tender processes, and refer quotations for approval regarding limits, costs, and payment terms. Liaise with regional and local teams to identify opportunities, engage with local markets to determine trends, and attend exhibitions or promotional activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Business Management or related field
- Proficient in Portuguese and English
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales and marketing position
- This position includes outside travel to customers' premises
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and a persuasive nature
- Oganisational skills
- Time management skills
- Motivation to work without supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within Technical Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry is an advantage
- Experience in working with CRM Systems is an advantage
