Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Representative focused on building relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and customers; promote the organization and services; manage social media presence for employee/customer engagement; plan and execute campaigns for promotions, events, service launches, and amenities; operate Restore365 and related tracking/notetaking workflows; coordinate recruiting/organizational events; assist with administrative tasks including after-hours events; maintain CE classes participation and event scheduling; handle documentation for client files and weekly/monthly referral-source reporting; travel locally for trade shows and networking; on-call rotation required; strong communication and budgeting skills are needed to support client relationships and growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training
- Valid Driver’s License with approved driving privileges
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Excels in customer service
- Must have ability to present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups
- Local and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, and networking
- Must have flexibility to join after-hour business events
- Must participate in the On Call Rotation
