Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Representative focused on building relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and customers; manage social media engagement; plan campaigns for promotions and events; use Restore365 and Luxor Tracking, Pipeline notetaking; coordinate recruiting/events; participate in after-hours events and on-call rotation; travel locally/regionally; deliver after-hours flexibility; provide strong verbal/written communication and customer service to nurture lasting client relationships; demonstrate ability to present information to customers and manage engagement across CE classes, events, and promotions; monitor and report on referral-source relationships; operate within the Restore365 system and related tools; schedule includes Monday–Thursday with variable Friday workload; compensation includes base plus on-call hourly add-on and benefits accrual after probation period.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training
- Valid Driver’s License
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Excels in customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups
- Good aptitude for basic math and budgeting
