Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to support and accelerate growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive execution, improve processes, and enable revenue growth. Responsibilities include tracking performance and forecasts, coordinating pricing and promotions across retail and distribution channels, supporting new product development and launches, participating in key customer meetings and trade shows, enhancing content creation for customer experience, managing social media and website presence, building dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to improve product lines and sales profitability, conducting competitive analyses, and assisting in demand planning, inventory alignment, annual planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
