Job Summary
Associate in Sales with at least 5 years of Macro sales experience focused on China/HK mid-cap corporate clients. Responsible for maintaining and developing corporate client relationships, collaborating with Trading, Structuring, DCM, Syndicate and Research to provide comprehensive mid-cap coverage on Macro products with emphasis on FX and Rates solutions. Tasks include understanding market drivers, pitching ideas, providing market updates, and executing trades across a broad set of corporate clients while ensuring adherence to firm risk policies and regulatory rules.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Macro sales covering China / HK mid-cap corporate clients
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other disciplines
- Knowledge and experience in flow and structured products: FX forward / option; IRS, rates option for EM / DM currencies, structured note; TRS etc.
- Proficiency in identifying market drivers with keen interest in learning about other products to develop a cross-product skill set
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal partners
- Team player who is detail oriented with a disciplined approach to process and quality control
