Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth in transportation, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain services. Responsibilities include creating press releases, marketing materials, and campaigns; organizing trade shows and events; managing social media to generate leads; retaining and expanding customer accounts; prospecting for new business; creating quotations and proposals with sales staff; collaborating on pricing and customer solutions; ensuring timely submission of RFPs/RFIs; maintaining accurate client data and documentation; and maintaining confidentiality of information. Requires strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills; experience with CRM and marketing automation; and a Bachelor’s degree with 1-4 years in related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
- 1-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight, supply chain, warehousing, fulfillment, delivery operations, marketing, sales, or customer service
- Experience working with logistics providers, transportation companies, warehouses, distribution centers, fulfillment operations, or supply chain organizations preferred
