Sales & Marketing Manager Tours & Travel

Implement sales SOPs and drive individual and team targets across DMC, Experience Brands, Hotels & Resorts, and Hostel divisions. Lead by example to train others while publishing marketing collateral, managing social media, and supporting branding campaigns. Manage CRM systems, assist the Operations and wider sales teams as needed, and attend trade conferences and expos. Requires over three years of professional sales experience, project management skills, and fluency in English and Thai. Ability to travel regularly is essential for this fast-growth role.
