Job Summary
Collaborate with the Minnesota underwriting team to develop state-wide growth plans and initiate relationships with agents through visits, calls, and email. Appoint new agency partners, provide training on online systems and products, and create strategies to increase new business production and hit ratios. Manage agency performance tiers, identify high-potential partners, and serve as a liaison between production leadership and key carriers. Handle agency management projects, assist with collection issues, and travel for association meetings to extend the company brand. Requires 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience, ability to travel, and residency in Minnesota.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Insurance licensing and/or designations
- Ability to travel around the territory
- Must reside in Minnesota
- Great customer service
- Willing to make phone calls
- Willing to increase agent's awareness and knowledge of Arlington/Roe's various areas including Personal Lines, Commercial Lines binding authority products, and Professional Liability products
- Willing to educate agencies on Arlington/Roe's other department offerings

- Excess and Surplus Lines experience
