Job Summary
Drive sales and marketing initiatives for PLANSEE’s High Performance Materials in the USA and Canada. Develop and execute strategies, manage key accounts, educate customers on PLANSEE materials and digital tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain account roadmaps and literature, oversee inventory audits, participate in industry events, and support growth through market intelligence, CRM/CCM tools, and strategic planning. Requires strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, willingness to travel up to 50%, and the ability to navigate ITAR/export control requirements.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum five to seven years industrial sales and marketing experience in a business-to-business environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 sales module desirable
- Ability to travel 50% domestically and internationally
- Ability to meet requirements to work on ITAR and export control restricted projects
