Job Summary
Lead advertising, marketing and sales efforts for Assisted Living and St. Anna’s at Lambeth House; coordinate internal resident transfers throughout the continuum of care; develop and implement sales strategies to increase census and revenue; provide marketing guidance to Administration and Nursing/Social Services; represent LH and St. Anna’s at community events and outreach; develop annual Marketing Plans and revisions; manage referral sources and move-in processes; conduct tours for prospects and families; ensure accurate admissions, assessments and RA documents; coordinate turnover and move-in activities; maintain prospect databases and follow up with physicians and medical information needs.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High school graduate with some college preferred
- Critical thinking and initiative to resolve problems
- Understanding of resident-service/customer service philosophy and appropriate communication
- Proficiency in MS Word, ACT!, Excel & Outlook
- Detail-oriented and able to balance competing priorities
- High level of respect for confidentiality
