Job Summary
Lead a national field team of Specialty Account Managers to deliver a successful market entry and sustained growth; own the development and execution of the brand plan, including strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach; translate strategy into effective field execution with alignment across sales and marketing; drive launch readiness and excellence with materials, messaging, and stakeholder engagement plans; collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and commercial teams; monitor performance, analyse insights, and optimise campaign effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand management within pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Strong track record in developing and executing brand plans
- Prior exposure to specialty care or hospital channels advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority; people management experience advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
