Job Summary
Manage sales activities, coordinate deliveries, and process orders from supermarkets and roadside shops to ensure timely product distribution. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets while identifying and prospecting new local and export customers. Maintain strong relationships with business partners, prepare market reports for senior leadership, and allocate duties to junior staff. Develop internal checks and controls for the sales team, monitor sales activities, and support the achievement of business targets. Maintain vehicle servicing records and work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Sales, Marketing or a relevant field
- 30–40 years
- Male
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of FMCG industry and supermarket operations
- Strong sales, marketing and customer relationship management skills
- Good leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate junior staff
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English and Hindi speaking and listening skills
