Job Summary
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue objectives by identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through direct outreach, networking, and digital channels. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers while conducting product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to manage the complete sales cycle from qualification to conversion. Research market trends and competitor activities to recommend appropriate solutions, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, and develop promotional initiatives to improve brand awareness. Track sales performance, maintain accurate customer records, and prepare regular reports to monitor campaign results and recommend improvements. Work closely with management to establish sales targets and business development priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience
- 2–6 years of experience
- 2–6 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related role
- Strong Marketing knowledge and execution capabilities
- Proven Sales and business development experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong lead-generation and customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to understand market requirements and convert opportunities into business
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to the Oil and Water industries
- Experience or industry knowledge in Oil
- Experience or industry knowledge in Water, water treatment, water management, or related sectors
- Exposure to industrial products, B2B sales, technical products, or infrastructure-related businesses
- Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and sales analytics
- Existing industry contacts or a strong professional network
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline
